6 month old Lambic given it's sour cherry character by a fruit maceration process that is traditionally used in wine making. While the fresh black cherries steep in the Lambic, a second fermentation takes place leading to a truly world class fruit beer.

Frank Boon bought the 100 year old farm brewery in 1975 and pioneered the Lambic revival in Belgium. The Lambic made is blended, aged and flavoured to make beers of astonishing quality that are adored all over the world.
