Translating as 'Beautiful & Ruthless', this superb Quad lives up it's name with notes of sweet malts, dark fruits and oak.

De Molen (The Mill) was opened in 2004 by head brewer, Menno Olivier. They made their name by releasing a huge variety of top quality beers in very small quantities and their minimal labels are credited with having an influence on the contemporary presentation of beers. Once a year, they host their 'Borefts Beer Festival' which attracts the finest breweries in Europe and is regarded as a mecca for enthusiasts the world over.
