Ambitiously brewed with cacao, chilli and sea salt, this big flavoured Stout aims to push the boundaries of complexity and depth. An aroma of chocolate, coffee and roasted malts will lead you into a palate of cocao, slight smoke and oak culminating in a subtle, harmonious burst of chilli on the finish.

De Molen (The Mill) was opened in 2004 by head brewer, Menno Olivier. They made their name by releasing a huge variety of top quality beers in very small quantities and their minimal labels are credited with having an influence on the contemporary presentation of beers. Once a year, they host their 'Borefts Beer Festival' which attracts the finest breweries in Europe and is regarded as a mecca for enthusiasts the world over.
