A genre-bending sour Stout that will turn your tastebuds upside down. Aged on oak, when souring bacterias and wild yeasts are added, the result is dark and roasty with a unique tart character, enhanced by subtle hints of plums, vanilla and oak.

Bruery Terreux was developed by Patrick Rue of The Bruery as a creative space to develop new interpretations of age-old sour, wild and farmhouse ales.
