Sadly, Sam Amidon will likely never try this beer, but we think if he did he might chuckle at the pulpy overripe fruit cup aromas as they fill the air, before the luscious mango, pineapple and a type of guava you haven't had before gives way light piney and resinous note to finish things off. It's like a properly hyped-up American beer, without the airmiles.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
