The next instalment in our single-hop, low-strength pale series, this time featuring HBC630. This experimental hop variety is relatively new on the scene and is the perfect accompaniment to the New England style.

Offering bright notes of berries and sweet candy-like esters, all culminating with a creamy, peachy finish.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
