DDH Pale with Kveik Yeast.
The first time we brewed this DDH Pale back in April 2020, it quickly gained popularity, both among drinkers and our team. Affectionately known as 'Bird God' within the brewery, it combines Citra and Motueka hops with Kveik yeast to create a super vibrant, juicy Pale that's oh-so-smooth.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
