Struise were asked by De Molen to brew an interpretation of their flagship IPA, Vuur and Vlam for the Borefts Beer Festival. The result was Ignis et Flamma, a boldly hopped India Pale Ale displaying notes of orange, lemon and grapefruit.

De Struise have achieved a huge amount in the last 15 years, shaking the Belgian beer world up with their big flavoured strong ales in the process. They were voted Best Brewery in the World by the members of Rate Beer in 2008 and many of their brews have featured in the Top 30 Beers in the World since 2005, most notably their strong, spiced fisherman's ale, Pannepot.
