The beer that we almost binned. An experimentation in dry hopping with English hops, we brewed this one originally back in 2020 with hopes of releasing it last summer! As with many mixed fermentation beers, it wasn't quite tasting the way we'd like, and we considered actually pouring it away as we weren't sure if it would change. We decided to let it be a little longer, and we couldn't be more happy that we did! Another year in bottle has done wonders and the musty Brett has really given this beer a whole new interesting dimension.
