Pastore decided to make a sour beer using sea buckthorn & they paired it with coconut and vanilla to give it the full pastry treatment!
They first used sea buckthorn in the original Del Mare last year and thought the flavour it brought was incredible, the little orange berries bring a massive flavour profile both tropical and citrus. They are native to coastal regions in the UK and Scandinavia.
