Our new seasonal offering is a tribute to Saint Mars, the month of March and the namesake of them all - the Roman god Mars, the guardian of agriculture.  As you know beer is a collaboration between humans and agriculture and with Spring on the cusp of appearing, we present Biere de Mars. Biere de Mars is inspired by French and Belgian brewing traditions, a light bodied yet malty golden ale with notes of stone fruit, berries, a soft leafy bitterness and saturated with fruity and leafy hops (Saaz, Crystal).
