Hazy IPA

We're excited to experiment with Strata™ hops for the first time and have chosen a soft, hazy beer to show them off the best. There are plenty of oats involved here, building a nice body and smooth mouthfeel. Look out for juicy melon and sweet berry notes that Strata is known for, complementing the stone fruit flavours of our house-strain Vermont yeast.
