Our tenth anniversary ale, Etain, is a tribute to our decade-long passion for creating barrel-aged and experimental ales. This special version of our anniversary ale has been aged in the grand cru of California red wine barrels, imparting velvety and tannic undertones to the rich, complex nuances of toffee, caramel, dark fruit and vanilla found within the beer.
The Bruery is famed for outlandish experimentation using Belgian tradition as a base for their adventures. Weird and wonderful ingredients, wild yeasts and bacterias as well as the sustained use of whiskey and wine barrels are used to impart huge character and unique flavours to their beers.
