DDH IPA

Galaxy is one of our favourite hops and we just had to revisit our Dreaming Of... Galaxy DDH IPA for round two, this time with a slightly heftier hop dosage! Sitting in the land between tropical fruit and dank resin it delivers a huge hit of passionfruit and peach with accents of bitter orange peel. Pine resin follows and envelopes the palate with delectable dankness before leading out to a subtly grassy, lemon peel finish.
