"Oak aged lambic with 30% raspberries of Pajottenland area. Spontaneous fermentation in the bottle, not filtered. Lambic is brewed with 60% malted barley, 40% wheat, aged hops and water. OPEN CAREFULLY. This beer was created on special request from Jeppe and Henrik (Drikkeriget) whom assisted Armand Debelder in the selection of the lambic which this Framboise is made of."

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Please open carefully & have a glass ready. Aged & vintage Lambic can be very lively (& may also be flat. Them's the breaks!). No refunds can be issued for over-carbed, flat or spilled beer. Please know what you are buying and the pitfalls that come along with that. Also, be aware that fresh fruit will recede & drop out of an aged Lambic making way for more complex flavours & characteristics from the wild yeasts & bacterias that have resided in the bottle.

Founded in 1887, 3 Fonteinen originally specialised in the blending of Lambic acquired from other breweries to produce outstanding Gueuze and Kriek beer. In 1998, they expanded and began brewing their own, however they still use beer from breweries such as Boon and Girardin to this day, making their output a true representation of the Lambic culture.
