85% Colombard, 15% Ugni Blanc. Organic and Biodynamic practice (in conversion). Indigineous yeast, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulphur. Aromas of grapefruit and flowers, with a palate of traopical flavours, good minerality and acidity.
