100% Mantonegro from Sineu. 10% whole bunch. 90% destemmed. Fermented in plastic. 12 days on skins with daily gentle punch downs. Raised in inox and 500L old puncheon. Pressed in manual wooden basket press. Raised in inox. Small sulfur addition before bottling. No fining. No filtering. Diam 5 Closure. 

Molt Bo means 'very good', not awesome, just 'very good' which is what the winemakers Dad said when the wine was in the tank. Pair w/Arroz brut (soup).
