70% Müller Thurgau, 15% Pinot Blanc, 15% Chardonnay. Unfined, unfiltered, qvevri ferment w/flor, 21day ferment on skins. Pale orange in colour with a pinkish hue towards the edge. Aromas of stone fruits, nectarine and peach alongside nutty, saline characters from flor ageing. Dry, with bright acidity and some grip from tannin and a long, finish.
