50% Pinot Blanc. 50% Chardonnay. Whole bunch Pinot Blanc crushed and destemmed to Georgian qvevri and aged for 4 months. Two Chardonnays – half pressed into qvevri without skins, the other half with skins. White stone fruit and citrus on the nose and palate, generous but zippy with a dry savoury finish.
