Cortese, Timorasso. Biodynamic, Unfilted, Unfined. Cortese is the grape of Gavi and timorasso is a rarer indigenous  variety. Delicious and thirst quenching with notes of summer flowers, yellow plums and wild herbs held together by delicious minerality. Pair with olives, nuts, plain crisps etc, grilled white fish (esp. herby) & shellfish (esp. raw).
