This mid/late season cider was made by crushing Yarlington Mill, Dabinett & Michelin apple together; with a dash of Foxwhelp apple juice pitched in for good measure. All five are classic, traditional cider apple varietals, harvested from traditional Herefordshire orchards.
With a dark but rich amber colour, & with juicy ripe mandarin citrus on the aroma & in the taste. Fully fermented with wild yeasts, & vibrant carbonation keeps this fresh and so easy drinking. Alc. 6% vol.
