Really refreshing, and easy drinking juicy tannic cider focused on the charms of the Michelin apple.
Made from a yard blend of classic cider apple varietals Michelin 75%, Dabinett 20% and Foxwhelp 5% from traditional Herefordshire orchards.
The 2021 harvest saw a good fruit character and slightly higher sugar levels than 2019. The resulting cider is dense, cloudy and juicy. With ripe red apple, hints of mandarin orange and some nice citrus in the finish.
Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc.
