Fruit Lambic produced with an important quantity of cherries: the fruit is in fact added to a new Lambic until it reaches the remarkable proportion of 400 gr / L. The result is a beer with intense notes of red fruit that interact with an intense and very rustic brett. The intense and uncompromising acidity is slightly mitigated by the sweetness of the fruit.

Founded in 1887, 3 Fonteinen originally specialised in the blending of Lambic acquired from other breweries to produce outstanding Gueuze and Kriek beer. In 1998, they expanded and began brewing their own, however they still use beer from breweries such as Boon and Girardin to this day, making their output a true representation of the Lambic culture.
