Belle de Louvain’s quickly became a team favorite due to it’s juiciness and sweeter taste, being an ideal marriage with the acidity of our beer, when picked very ripe.

Founded in 1887, 3 Fonteinen originally specialised in the blending of Lambic acquired from other breweries to produce outstanding Gueuze and Kriek beer. In 1998, they expanded and began brewing their own, however they still use beer from breweries such as Boon and Girardin to this day, making their output a true representation of the Lambic culture.
