for the first time ever we are able to distribute Mirabelle plum lambik, after having made a few smaller experiments / batches with Mirabelle plums.
These fresh-picked-to-ripeness are incredibly hard to find in Belgium, but we were are happy to have come across a Belgian producer.
The final fruit intensity is 304 grams of plums per litre of finished Pruim. The largest part of the fourteen brews used comes from smaller barrels and are 3 Fonteinen-brewed. Of those, more than 1/3 were brewed with Pajottenland grown cereals.

Founded in 1887, 3 Fonteinen originally specialised in the blending of Lambic acquired from other breweries to produce outstanding Gueuze and Kriek beer. In 1998, they expanded and began brewing their own, however they still use beer from breweries such as Boon and Girardin to this day, making their output a true representation of the Lambic culture.
