When our Czech-speaking brewer Riaz found out that the folks from Pivovar Zichovec would be in the UK for Hop City, he invited them to the beautiful city of Birmingham for a collab. For these beers we got creative. We split the same brew into two beers with different strengths and dry hops. The result is a juicy, pungent NEIPA and a light & fruity session pale.
