We recently welcomed Graeme, the winner of this years Nottingham Craft Beer Week's Hop Idol Competition into the brewery to brew their winning recipe on our brew kit. And this Belgian IPA is the result! We've scaled up the recipe which uses a mixture of Barley, Spelt and Rye malts, Honey and Belgian Abbey Yeast and then it's dry hopped with a whole heap of American hops.

 

The artwork is a nod to Graeme's travels following the Tour de France in his classic VW camper van given the classic Kev Grey twist!
