A high blond triple beer of 8.5% refermentation in the bottle with a lot of character. Brewed with RYE from farmer Tom's Boerencompagnie and grown on the abbey grounds. Everything is also BIO like Libertus 1, but now clearly labeled. Rye is a subtle reference to Abbot Rye who was the last Abbot of Park Abbey from 1962 to 1991 .
Also 3 types of hops were used, which gives a fresh bitterness of 25 EBU and a density of 16° Plato, which has been fully fermented and converted to Alcohol and carbon dioxide. So put some more life in this glass. The pressure in the bottles will rise to more than 3 bar this week. The head of this beer is impressive.
