In 2004, Bristol Beer Factory set up home in the fermenting block of the 100 year old former Ashton Gate brewery and quickly established their trademark of brewing classic styles with a modern twist. After years of honing their craft, not to mention winning multiple awards along the way, they are now regarded as one of the finest breweries in the UK.
