Hooked On Mosaic is the continuation of our series of highly hopped DDH IPAs. Designed to stand out from our usual range of IPA this series turns everything up to eleven. This edition utilises the iconic Mosaic hop. Sweaty isn't a word you'd usually want to describe a beer but if the shoe fits...Bold dank aromas on the nose followed by huge tropical hop impact alongside a soft yet chewy mouthfeel. Good soup!

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
