Our friends at Stigbergets are famous for their outstanding hazy IPAs but we didn't want to simply settle for the obvious.

So, we brewed a modern IPA with an esoteric twist, co-pitching a farmhouse yeast alongside our house, New England-style strain to provide further flavour complexity.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
