Our Gentle Breeze sours are smooth and crushable while capturing the mouthwatering vibrancy of freshly picked fruit.To get the most out of the fruit additions, we layer them on a soft, smooth base, complemented by fruity aroma hops and an acidity that's tart and zippy rather than puckeringly sour. This edition combines juicy Mango with tangy passion fruit.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
