Night Music is a translation of the French term Nocturne — a musical tradition since the 18th century of composing music specifically for evening entertainment. A complement to craft beer’s Breakfast Stout, and a space for us to present flavours both familiar and adventurous.
Our fullest flavour MCI and PIU recipes have been softened, leading us into a new Imperial Stout series that will take inspiration from everything we love about relaxing with friends in the evenings.
This iteration has benefitted from the addition of muscovado sugar and fenugreek seed to amplify the essence of maple syrup.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
