Imperial Chocolate Stout w/ Ginger
Imagine crystallised ginger dipped in melted dark chocolate. Deliciously deep, bitter cacao balanced by a satisfying sweetness and comforting, spicy warmth. For this edition of our celebrated Imperial Stout, My Continuous Improvement, we supplemented the double-chocolate, double-vanilla base with an addition of ginger juice from wonderful Manchester-based producer Root2Ginger. A light touch of ancho chilli adds even greater depth.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
