At least this DIPA provides something you can rely on, building on the flavours in our popular DDH IPA New Normal. Citra provides a juicy base of mango and tangerine, while Strata adds characteristic flourishes of tropical fruit and pungent herb.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
