Proper DIPA Birthday Edition is all that you'd want from a proper DIPA - high on Nelson, moderate on Mosaic, Citra, and Idaho7, with a pinch of Strata for balance. A dank aroma and flavours of mango and apricot puree leads to a smooth but punchy finish.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
