When using Citra as the foundation for their IPA's, they look to feature hops alongside it that will elevate flavour and mesh nicely with Citra's punchy tropical notes. Strata provides that with overripe tropical fruit, and hint of Talus softens to create a supremely drinkable, flavourful IPA.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
