We brewed this intensely hopped Pale Ale with our friends from Polly’s to celebrate the Government’s new found love of 3.4% ABV and our shared pursuit of impactful session beer. Though we dropped the ABV, we increased the hopping rate to triple our usual amount for this style - with the combo of Strata, Talus and NZ Cascade bringing a kaleidoscope of tropical flavour

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
