Simcoe has a wonderful ability to confound expectations. Most commonly known for characteristics of bitter grapefruit and pine, we’ve instead found recent lots to provide vibrant, juicy notes of fresh pineapple. Those tropical aromatics mesh beautifully with our soft, smooth Triple IPA base.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
