Going a little bit old school on the hop varieties. Paying homage to te US craft beer movement. Cascade in the boil to bring layers of classic citrus and flal noble US hop character. Centennial from Crosby and Chinook from Indie Hops in the whirlpool to set the stage with lots of zesty orange and grapefruit.
