For the 10th iteration of our Something Good series, we dry hopped with two of our absolute favourite hops (Simcoe and Motueka) at a low temperature (zero degrees). A small percentage of biscuit malt gives the beer balance while Simcoe and Motueka deliver a medley of mango, lime, peach and plenty citrus and tropical vibes. Bright, clean and juicy!
