For our 7th iteration, we explore a new cellaring process in the aim to reduce some of our conditioning time. Wheat and a touch of biscuit malt make up the malt bill, while copious amounts of hand selected Citra backed up by Simcoe creates an avalanche of beautiful hoppiness ~ orange citrus vibes with some dank pine.
