Golden Sour with Pineapple & Passionfruit

This blended golden sour beer was fermented with our ultra–tropical Brettanomyces house cultures, and conditioned 220g/l of pineapple and passionfruit puree for one month. Brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats this super juicy base beer provided flavours of mango, passionfruit and tinned pineapple which were further intensified with the fruit additions. 

Founded in 2021 by Vault City co-founder, Johnny Horn, Holy Goat is focussed on playing the long game and allowing their beers to develop with wild yeasts, fruits and barrel-ageing.
