A Double IPA homebrew recipe that has been scaled up with little regard for the spiralling cost. This beer is all about the flavour which has seen it voted the best beer in Sweden in 2012 and 2013. A pure and simple hop explosion of apricot, grapefruit and gooseberries with a solid malt background and an ever so slight cool mint bite on the length.

Omnipollo was founded in 2010 by Henok Fentie (Brewer) and Karl Grandin (Graphic Design). They brew beers with fearless experimentation, focussing on big, bold flavours and new interpretations of classic styles.
