Idaho 7 is a beautiful balance between tropical fruits as well as some more old school pine/resin flavours. We added enough Bru-1 for that fresh pineapple zing while also sprinkling in the perfect amount of Mosaic to round out this DIPA with savoury and dank notes.

Pressure Drop have achieved a huge amount since being started by three friends in early 2013. Beginning using a small kit that allowed them to brew constantly, it wasn't long before they needed to move to bigger premises. The next six months were a whirlwind for the Pressure Drop which culminated in them being named the 10th best new brewery in the world by Rate Beer.
