An interesting experiment between Grassroots, Cigar City and Siren to prove that great beer can be made with post-prohibition adjuncts such as rice or corn that were always blamed for the tasteless results in American beer for so long. Of course, the addition of copious amounts of hops help to add flavours of orange, grapefruit and pine with a subtle sweetness from the addition of honey.....delicious.
