Our latest West Coast IPA has been assisted by brewing legend Jamil Zainasheff. This example is pale and crisp, with a clean, dry finish, aided by Chico yeast and bespoke water profile. Simcoe and Citra hops combine for bright piney and citrus notes with a helping of Mosaic for some tropical vibes, all before a refreshingly bitter finish.
