Our first foray into Barrel-Aged sours sees us pairing with Bruichladdich and Brewgooder to release this imperial blonde sour beer. Brewed with 200kg of Heather Honey and aged in Bruichladdich casks for 9 months, this is a complex and special release with the addition of hand-picked lemon balm foraged locally in Islay. Each 375ml bottle of this collaboration helps deliver 375 litres of clean drinking water to communities around the world.
