Join us for a very exciting evening with the UK's most in demand Mixed Fermentation brewers. Vault City have seen a meteoric rise since they decided to take there home-brew skills commercial. A move to their own brewery has seen production increase dramatically but demand has grown with it. They will give a talk about the processes involved in mixed fermentation, souring & fruiting as well as lead a tasting of 6 of their incredible creations.
