The VINEUZE is a product that is just as unique as the region where it is made, our Pajottenland.
The 'sparkling wine' is a blend of 3/4 basic wine for sparkling wine and 1/4 lambic. The lambic beers and its gueuzes are of course characteristic of the Pajottenland and the Zenne valley.
They can only be made in this region by the brettanomyces yeasts that float around here. We mix a quarter of that lambic with our wine to spend the second fermentation in the bottle together.
The result is a unique product with the strength and spiciness of lambic and the finesse of a sparkling wine. A true sensation!
